14 The quaternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay ware-washing sink was 0 ppm, rather than 200-400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions.
**PIC took corrective action and increased sanitizer concentration to the required range during time of inspection.
