1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. No food safety certified person present. Department certificate expired. Corrective action: Food safety certified person arrived and filled out the application for the Department certificate during the inspection.
2 Food safety certified person not available to demonstrate knowledge of foodborne illnesses and symptoms. Corrective action: Person able to demonstrate knowledge upon arrival.
8 Soap and paper towels were not available at the handwash sink in the toilet/diapering room. Corrective action: Person in charge was instructed to fill empty soap dispenser with dish washing liquid. Paper towels provided.
8 Dishes observed in the handwash sink in the food prep area. The handwashing sink must be accessible at all times for employee use. Corrective action: Cups, thermos, bowl and high chair tray were removed.
14 Multiple dishes were observed in the handwashing sink and cabinets in the food prep area. Facility does not have a 3-bay sink for washing, rinsing and sanitizing dishes. Corrective action: Sippy cups moved to cubbies and all other dishes were placed in a bag for removal from the facility.
20 Potentially hazardous food (deli meat, cheese, dressing, mayo) was held at 47 to 47.3 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Corrective action: Food discarded during the inspection.
26 Chemicals (paint) were stored above or on the same shelf with food, equipment, and/or single service articles in the food prep area beneath the handwashing sink. Corrective action: Food relocated.
37 Food observed stored in a prohibited area. Note: food cannot be stored beneath a drainage pipe. Corrective action: Food relocated.
45 -The reach-in refrigerator is holding food above 41 degrees F. Discontinue use until it is repaired. -(Ref 46.501) The following equipment is not NSF/ANSI approved: chest freezer, air fryer.
47 Debris observed in the bottom of the reach-in refrigerator.
