8 Paper towels were needed at one handwashing sink located in the food preparation area. The person in charge supplied paper towels.
8 The handwashing sink located in the basement food preparation area was blocked by a pot and not accessible at all times for employee use. The person in charge removed the pot.
37 Food was not being stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the food preparation area and walk-in coolers/freezers.
38 Not all food employees were observed wearing or wearing ineffective hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard restraints.
42 Plates and bowls were not properly inverted in the food preparation area.
45 The following observations were noted: -Non NSF fridge in the second floor service station. -Duct tape around one refrigeration handle in the food preparation area. -Unused equipment in the basement storage area. -One refrigerator located in the basement area was being used for dry storage only.
45 Cardboard was being used to line surfaces in the basement storage area.
47 The following observations were noted: -Exterior surface cleaning was needed along cooking equipment due to grease build-up. -The floors of several walk-in coolers/freezers were in need of cleaning due to debris. -Rust around shelves in multiple refrigeration units. -Several floor drains were in need of cleaning due to residue build-up.
49 The handwashing sink located in the bar area was observed slow draining.
51 One restroom on the main floor was observed out-of-order.
51 A lidded trash receptacle was needed in one restroom located on the second floor.
51 The air vent of one restroom located on the main floor was in need of cleaning due to dust accumulation.
53 Floor cleaning was needed in several areas. The following areas were noted: -Under equipment in the bar area due to debris. -Under and around equipment in the main floor food preparation area due to debris. -Under and around equipment in the basement preparation area due to debris and residue.
53 Wall cleaning was needed in several areas due to food residue.
53 Brooms and dust pans were being stored on the floor and not elevated in several areas.
