8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in a restroom area. Corrective action : Person in charge provided paper towels to handwash sink in the restroom area during inspection.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on counter tops, top of undercounter refrigeration unit and not stored in sanitizing solution.
41 Stirring spoons stored in stagnant water in rear food prep area, which was measured at 68 degrees Fahrenheit instead of hot water at 135 degrees Fahrenheit and above or running water.
46 No adequate utensil drying racks for storage cleaned utensils at the warewash sink.

7 A food employee was observed touching ready to eat food (sandwiches) with his bare hands.
8 A food colander/strainer observed in front food prep /service area handwash sink. Corrective action : Person in charge removed the food colander /strainer from the front food prep /service area handwash sink during inspection.

13 Salmon been thawed inside the wash bay of 3-compartment sink in kitchen food prep area.
