45 The following observations were noted: -Inoperable under counter refrigeration unit being used as dry storage in the warewashing/food prep and coffee preparation areas. -Closed display case not maintaining 41 degrees F or below, No potentially hazardous food observed in the unit. *Do not store any potentially hazardous food in the closed display case until it can maintain 41 degrees F or below.*

1 No Philadelphia food safety certification observed. ServSafe observed. Corrective action: Health sanitarian emailed person in charge application on 4/10/2024. No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
1 The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of the Philadelphia Food Code and proper hot water temperatures.
4 An employee's beverage container was observed throughout the warewashing and food preparation area.
6 Food Employee did not follow proper handwashing procedure. Warm water not used.
8 The food facility does not have a handwash sink conveniently located in the warewashing/food prep area.
14 Black residue, pink slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin. *Discontinue the use of the ice and discard until the unit is properly washed, rinsed and sanitized.*

48 Hot water was not observed at multi hand wash sinks in the food facility. Hot water temperature measured between 55 and 66 degrees F, instead of a min 100 degrees F.
