-Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the restroom area.
-Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the restroom area.
Corrective action: PIC provided soap and paper towels during the time of inspection.
41 Multi-use spoon observed being stored in single use cup with water measured at 70 degrees F instead of a min 135 degrees F or running water.
45 The following observations were noted:
-Milk crates being used for storage and elevation in the retail area.
-Soda crates being used to store beverages in the basement area.
-Wooden shelving in the warewashing and basement area.

Corrective action: PIC cleaned 3-basin sink during the time of inspection.

1 No food safety person present at arrival.
Corrective action: Food safety person arrived prior to completion of inspection.
No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
1 The Person in Charge did not demonstrate adequate knowledge of the Philadelphia Food Code.
Corrective action: Health sanitarian provided person in charge with employee health policy.
11 6 Expired Gerber baby food observed on retail area shelving dated Sept 2023 and Oct 2023.
Corrective action: Person in charge removed items during time of inspection.
