1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation. Food safety certified person came in the middle of the inspection in the person of Sukhvir Thind.
1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. ANSI Food safety certificate observed during the inspection and application for Philadelphia Food safety certificate was emailed to person in charge.
47 -Ice accumulation observed inside chest freezer in the retail area. -Static dust and debris on walk-in cooler fan covers and its ceiling. -Spills and stains observed on countertop of soda and coffee dispensers during the inspection. - Debris observed on bottom shelving of a retail area hand wash sink cabinetry.
53 -Debris and dust present along floor perimeters of food prep,retail, rear warewashing and food storage areas (underneath retail shelvings, behind chest freezer, between open display case and trash container cabinetry). -Clutter in rear storage area. -Dust accumulation observed on vent covers. -Debris observed under handwash sink in customer area.

8 Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the retail area. Soap dispenser was replenished during the inspection.

11 -Expired milk(4 half gallon and 3 quart) containers in retail area. *Milk was removed.
26 -Working containers in main prep area and in drink fountain area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. *Chemicals were removed.
43 -Boxes of gloves stored in toilet room. *Gloves were removed.
