14 Black residue observed on the interior of the ice machine bin around upper top area.

21 Cut and cooked potentially hazardous ready to eat food(Tomatoes red cabbage..), prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the walk-in cooler, was not date marked.
