Non-commercial equipment observed: cabinets, microwave, porcelain hand sink, toaster ovens (2), refrigerator, reach in freezer, blender, and toaster.

There is a large Galaxy commercial refrigerator, commercial Panasonic microwave, and NSF approved wall mounted hand sink is for the childcare center use.

13 There is no food prep sink for the washing of produce. Observed a container of whole pears on the table in the main area. The person in charge did not have an invoice or documentation to show that the fruit was washed before serving. Also the way that it was stored made contamination by children's hands likely when retrieved.
The person in charge removed the pears from the main area table.
Produce that is labeled prewashed is required.
13 Box of raw chicken observed stored over boxed drinks and next to a bag of snacks in the non-commercial refrigerator that the person in charge stated is for church use only.
She stated that it was her personal food. She removed the box from the kitchen during the inspection.
Note: Store raw animal derived foods under or away from ready to eat foods and drinks to prevent potential contamination.

A case and bag of raw chicken and a case of eggs observed in the refrigeration units. This daycare is approved to reheat foods in the microwave only. The cooking equipment is not approved to be used for the daycare. Plans are required for the commercial exhaust hood and commerical oven/range, and table-top commercial fryers (2).
The person in charge removed the boxes of eggs and chicken during the inspection.

3270.76 Open poison and debris observed on the utility room floor perimeters. Kitchen floor perimeters near oven/range contained debris. They wer cleaned durin the inspection. Clutter observed in the utility room and classroom.

8 The hand sink in the kitchen was lacking paper towels and a trash can.
They were provided.
20 Cheese stick was held at 52.3 degrees F rather than 45 degrees F or below as required.
The refrigerator thermostat was adjusted and the cheese stick was discarded. The refrigerator ambiant air temperature was scanned at 41 degrees F at the end of the inspection.
26 -Open poison and two bottles of insecticide observed in the utility closet around the HVAC unit.
The bottles were removed from the building and the floor was swept.
36 Rodenticide not contained in a tamper resistant trap.
The observed open rodenticide was removed.
