4 Half-eaten pizza was observed on the storage rack in the rear. An open beverage was observed on the cutting board by the pizza station. note: The person in charge removed the pizza, and the beverage and cleaned the affected areas.
8 Soap and paper towels were not observed at the hand wash sink. Note: The person in charge provided soap and paper towels.
8 A wooden swing door created a barrier between the front preparation area and the nearest hand wash sink. Note: The person in charge was instructed to remove the swing door.
21 Ready to eat potentially hazardous food was not date marked. Note: The person in charge was instructed to date mark the food when it was prepared.
36 A gap was observed under the rear door.
39 Moist wiping cloths were observed lying on counters and sinks and not stored in a sanitizing solution.
41 Common bowls or food containers observed without handles in direct contact with bulk food ingredients. Food dispensing utensils in the bulk containers were observed in direct contact with food and did not have handles stored above the top of the food.
