8 the employee handwash sink in the bar area was observed with a strainer for catching fruit. Handwash sinks should only be used for handwashing. Strainer was removed at the time of inspection.
14 Black residue/ slime observed on the interior of the ice machine bin in the basement prep area
26 Working containers in the bar area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. *PIC corrected on site*
35 Working bulk food ingredient storage containers are not labeled with the common name of the food (spices on the line at the prep area)
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent activity observed: mouse droppings observed in the bar area, to the right of the under counter refrigerator.

45 -Low temperature mechanical dishwasher does not get up to 120 degrees as stated on the manufacturer's directions (water was tempted at 109 degrees F after each cycle).

45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
47 -heavy grease accumulation observed on sides of cooking equipment in the kitchen prep area

48 cold water was observed not under pressure during inspection at the employee handwash sink at the bar. *PIC turned cold water valve back on at the time of inspection to restore cold water*

53 Brooms and dustpans observed idle at the top of the basement steps. Maintenance tools should be elevated in a designated space when not in use.
