-Knives and / or cleavers stored between table edges which are not easily cleaned and sanitized.
45 The following observations were made:
- Garbage grinder observed installed on a shallow wall-mounted hand wash sink
- Splash guard not observed between the hand wash sink and the 3-basin
- Domestic microwave oven and reach- in freezer in kitchen.
- Damaged reach-in freezer lid.
- Domestic air-drying rack observed over the warewashing sink.
45 Foil lining observed on shelving above the stove.
45 Plastic store bags observed being used for food storage.
