1 Facility's food safety certified person lack the City of Philadelphia food safety certificate; Observed a ServSafe certificate only. * Advised facility's food safety certified person to apply for the City of Philadelphia food safety certificate, an application form issued on 5-9-2024.
4 A pack of cigarettes and lighter found on shelving in the food preparation area during the inspection.
8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the restroom area.
13 -A pan of shrimp stored in direct contact with egg rolls inside food prep area chest freezer.
-Empty bulk food ingredients bags and debris present inside the food prep sink.
14 The can opener on bottom shelving in food prep area had an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces.
36 Facility's front main entrance door propped open without protective screens and gaps under the rear exit door, these outer opening in the food facility does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
