8 -The handwash sink in the food preparation area was blocked by condiments and not accesible at all times for employee use. Person in Charge removed items. -Paper towels were not observed at the handwash sink in the food preparation area. Person in Charge took corrective action and provided napkins.
20 Eggs held at 53 degrees F, rather than 45 degrees F or below as required. Person in Charge took corrective action and returned them to the cold holding unit.
21 Breakfast meats opened commercially processed ready to eat food, located in the cold hold unit, and held more than 48 hours, was not marked with the date it was opened. Person in Charge took corrective action and date marked items.
37 Container of chicken and rice cooker is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
