**PIC took corrective action and provided paper towel during time of inspection.

**PIC took corrective action and discarded food debris and properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized interior surfaces of handwashing sink during time of inspection.
21 Potentially hazardous ready to eat food, prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the reach-in refrigeration unit, was not date marked.
