6 No hot water was observed in employee toilet room. Peak hot water was observed at 92.7 degrees F. Employees will relocate to additional toilet room.
14 - Steam wand has an accumulation of buildup on the food contact surfaces in the bar area.
- Food dicer observed with food residue on the food contact.
Food employee wash, rinse and sanitized items during the inspection.
41 Food dispensing utensil in the cheese observed in direct contact with food and not having handle stored above the top of the food.
45 Missing vent cover observed in the ceiling of employee toilet room.
47 - Food residue observed on the side of the equipment in the servers area.
- Black residue observed on the ceiling tile in the dish machine area.

- Greasy, stagnant water was sitting in the warewashing sink. Person in charge began emptying the sink.
53 Grease accumulation/food residue observed under and behind food equipment in the prep area.

No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
48 Hot water generation delay was observed at one of the handwash sinks in the prep area.
51 One employee restroom was out of service.
52 Dumpster was observed open. Dumpster lid was closed.
54 Employee personal items observed being stored in the warewashing area. Items were relocated to the employee storage area.

6 Hot water at the handwash sinks in the one of the employee restrooms was observed at 83 degrees F instead of 100 degrees F as required. Restroom was marked out of service and the other restroom was to be used by the employees.
8 The food facility does not have handwash sinks conveniently located in the two waiter drink dispensing areas. Soap, paper towels, and a handwash reminder sign should be placed at the handwash sinks.
Note: Handwashing facilities. A handwashing facility shall be located as follows: (1) In food preparation, food dispensing and warewashing areas to allow convenient use by employees.
49 Handwash sink in one of the employee restrooms was not draining properly. Restroom was marked out of service and the other restroom was to be used by the employees. A work order was already submitted.
53 General cleaning is needed in the dry food storage room due to food spillage/residue observed.
