13 A carton of raw shell eggs were stored above ready to eat foods in the reach-in refrigerator.
The carton of eggs were relocated to the lower shelf during the inspection.
36 The basement entrance from the sidewalk to the food facility does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Daylight was observed coming from a gap in the door.
37 Boxes of tomatoes was observed not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
45 - Torn gasket observed on reach-in refrigerator.
- The handle of the reach-in cooler was in poor repair.
47 Grease accumulations were observed on the outside surfaces between cooking equipment.
53 - Observed food debris on the floor under the shelving unit in the basement.
- Debris observed along the floor edges in the upstairs dish washing area.
54 Hood filters have an accumulation of static dust and grease.
