11 -Severely dented, swollen, distressed canned items observed in the retail area. Pineapples and butter beans. -A package of hot dogs appeared to not be sealed properly in the retail refrigerator. The observed cans and package of hot dogs were removed to be returned to distributor or discarded.
36 Visible physical evidence of insect activity (drain flies) observed in the customer toilet room area.
37 -Food is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the retail area and the walk in units. -Gallon containers of water observed stored in the toilet rooms. Food or beverages should not be stored in the toilet room.
47 Observations: -Residue and debris in refrigeration units. -Dust, debris, and food debris on shelves in the retail area. -Ice, package debris, residue, bags of ice, containers of food items, and other items observed on the walk in unit floor perimeters.
48 The customer toilet room motion sensored hand sink did not provide water at 100 degrees F. The water was probed at 80.4 degrees F maximum. Also, this sink does not supply a stream of water for atleast 20 seconds. Inspector requested that employees use the designated employee toilet room where water does reach 100 degrees F.
49 The customer toilet room motion sensored hand sink is not maintaining a stream of water for at least 20 seconds or providing water between 100 and 110 degrees F.
51 Covered cans were lacking in the toilet rooms.
51 Observations: -Drain flies on the walls and sink surfaces in the customer toilet room. -Accumulated dust on the ceiling vent surfaces in the customer toilet room.
52 Stacked collapsed boxes and packaging debris observed on the ground around the dumpsters in the outside trash storage area. Potential vermin harborage conditions.
53 Observations: -Residue, dust, accumulated debris, food debris, and other items on floor perimeters in the retail and rear storage area. -Excess stacked boxes and wooden pallets in the rear storage area.

Note: Not able to check if the water temperature in this toilet room has been corrected. Management stated that he does not have the key for this toilet room door. There is one toilet room that is available for use at this time.
