14 - The quaternary ammonia concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3 bay warewash sink was greater than 400 ppm, rather than 200-400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer’s use direction.
*PIC initiated corrective action and resolve the issue.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent activity (mouse droppings) observed on the floor throughout the facility.
