36 Gaps observed at the bottom of the entry doors- these outer openings in the food facility do not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. *PIC had facilities add a new door sweep at the time of inspection*
36 An insect control device located in the prep area observed with potential to contaminate food/ equipment. *Insect control device was relocated to a different wall at the time of inspection (away from the chest freezer)*
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing. *These cutting boards were discarded at the time of inspection*
45 Equipment (repair):
-observed defective kegerator unit in the bar area (not in use at time of inspection)
-observed milkcrates being used for elevation in the area outside of the walk-in cooler.
-observed stainless steel pan being used to support shelving in the walk-in cooler.
49 Slow draining dump sink observed in the bar area- *facilities corrected the issue at the time of inspection*

**Handwashing signs were placed in both the women and men restroom at the time of the inspection.
45 - Observed the door sweep on the beer keg walk-in cooler damaged.
- Observed the under-counter refrigeration unit being used as dry storage.
53 - Observed broken glass under the high heat dish machine near the beer walk-inn cooler.
- Observed dry lemon slices and ping pong balls under the bar equipment.
