14 Chlorine chemical sanitizer residual detected in the final sanitizer rinse cycle of the low temperature sanitizing dishwasher was 0 ppm, and not 50-100 ppm as required. -The dish machine needs more sanitizer. The 3- compartment sink can be used to wash dishes until the dish machine has been repaired.
37 Food is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor. Foods not elevated in the walk-ins.

36 Visible physical evidence of rodent (mice feces/ insect(live German cockroaches) activity observed in the food prep and ware washing area. Live German cockroaches observed in the following area: -On the deep fryer -Inside the microwave -On the splash guard in between the deep fryers and wok station -On the ceiling in the ware washing &food prep areas -On gas supply line for the wok station -On the floor under the wok station -Evidence of roaches harboring in the walk-in cooler &cold prep units gaskets around the doors.

Damaged door gaskets and floor surfaces observed on the walk-in units.
