8 Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the front beverage preparation area. Corrective action was taken and soap was provided.
20 Milk held at 49 and 50 degrees F, rather than 45 degrees F or below as required. See discard list.
45 -Unapproved domestic ventilation hood was observed in back preparation area. -Unapproved equipment observed table top Chefman fryer, domestic espresso maker, domestic Rival microwave, Aroma pressure cooker and Ninja pressure cooker are not NSF/ANSI approved. -One unused reach in refrigerator observed.
53 Grease observed on wall and ceiling surfaces in back preparation area.
54 -Frying operation was observed without a proper ventilation hood as required. -Observed unapproved food preparation such as cooking raw meat.
