36 Front door observed wide open during inspection where outer opening in the facility does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. PIC took corrective action and closed the front door by the end of inspection.
45 The following observations were noted: - Plastic crated being used for beverage elevation in the walk-in coolers. - Raw wooden pallets observed elevating beverages in the facility.
45 Broken kick plate observed on several of the facilities shelving unit.
53 Brooms and dust pans observed not raised and elevated in the facility.
53 Cracks observed on the floor perimeters throughout the facility.
53 A clutter of cardboard boxes was observed in the rear area of the facility.
54 Dust accumulation observed on the cover ventilation fans observed in the walk in cooler units.
