-Damaged base coving in the basement area (walk-in cooler area).
-The hand wash sink not seal to the wall in the kitchen area.
-Two NON NSF/ ANSI reach-in freezers in the basement area and one not in service during inspection.
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
45 -Aluminum foil observed on the shelving in the kitchen area (hand wash sink area).
-Plastic crates being use for food elevation in the bar area.

-Black residue observed on the interior of the two ice machines in the basement area.
26 Bottle sprays in the bar area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical.
PIC labeled the spray bottle during inspection.
36 Visible physical evidence of insect activity (house flies) observed in the in the facility.

**Items were removed into a storage bag.
19 Beans was held at 110 degrees F rather than 135 degrees F or above as required.
**It was reheated to 151.7 degrees F.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on warewashing sink and not stored in sanitizing solution.
45 Foil is used for lining in the reach in refrigerator unit, beverage cooler in the bar area and food prep shelf area.
