20 Milk, eggs, cheese, sour cream held at 44 to 47.6 degrees F, rather than 45 degrees F or below as required. Corrective action: Milk was relocated, and refrigerator temperatures were adjusted during the inspection.
34 The exterior thermometer on the closed display case displayed a temperature or 30 degrees F while the internal temperature was above 44 degrees F. Internal thermometer available.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent activity observed in the establishment. Mouse feces was observed in the following areas: -On the shelf in the point-of-sale (POS) area. -Floor in the POS area. -Floor in retail area, near POS.
36 Rear and front outer openings in the food facility do not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Gaps observed beneath and/or around doors.
