**Corrective action was taken, health sanitarian instructed food safety person to discard single use gloves and properly wash and dry hands which food safety person executed at time of inspection.***

-Two cases of raw meat stored on bags of ready-to-eat ice inside chest freeze in the food prep area.
-Cases of beverages observed being stored on direct floor surface not elevated at least 6 inches off the ground in the retail area.
39 The following observations were noted:
-Moist wiping cloths observed lying on chair and not stored in sanitizing solution in the food prep area.
-Wet and dry wiping cloths. Cloths used for wiping food spills shall be one of the following:
(1) Dry and used for wiping food spills from tableware and carry-out containers.
(2) Wet and cleaned as specified in § 46.751(b)(4) (relating to requirement and frequency of laundering), stored in a chemical sanitizer at a concentration specified in § 46.674(a) (relating to warewashing equipment: mechanical or manual), and used for wiping spills from food-contact and nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment.
-(a) Cloths used for wiping food spills. Cloths that are used for wiping food spills shall be used for no other purpose.
39 (a) General. Except as provided in subsection (b), wiping cloths laundered in a food facility that does not have a mechanical clothes dryer as specified in § 46.615(b) (relating to clothes washers and dryers) shall be air-dried in a location and in a manner that prevents contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens, single-service and single-use articles and wiping cloths.
42 The following observations noted:
-No splash guard installed between handwash sink and food prep sink in food prep area.
-No splash guard installed between sanitize compartment of 3-compartment warewash sink and mop sink; and between mop sink and dry storage shelves in the rear storage/warewash area.
44 Observed single use gloves being used by food employee for multiple tasks without being changed and not being discarded.

(d) Backflow prevention device: when required. A plumbing system shall be installed to preclude backflow of a solid, liquid or gas contaminant into the water supply system at each point of use at the food facility, including on a hose bib if a hose is attached, or on a hose bib if a hose is not attached but can be attached, by an approved backflow prevention device as specified in § 46.822(d) (relating to design, construction and installation of plumbing systems).
53 The following observations were noted:
-Accumulation of food residue on wall surface behind slicer and prep table in the food prep area.
-Accumulation of debris and dust on floor surface in the rear storage/warwash area.
54 (b) Lockers and other facilities. Lockers or other suitable facilities shall be located in a designated room or area where contamination of food, equipment, utensils, linens and single-service and single-use articles cannot occur.
