6 Hands cannot be properly washed at handwash sinks in food prep and children /staff restroom areas due to lack of hot water, which was measured at 85 degrees Fahrenheit.
* Hot water temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit is required at all handwash sinks.
Corrective action : Thermostat for hot water heater tank was adjusted to increase the temperature and restored hot water to all facility's handwash sinks, which was measured at 108-110 degrees Fahrenheit prior to completion of inspection.
