14 The quaternary ammonium concentration in the sanitizing solution of the 3-bay warewash sink was 150 ppm, rather than 200 - 400 ppm as stated on the manufacturer's use directions.
Additional pills added to solution to derive 200 ppm during the inspection.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on prep sink and not stored in sanitizing solution.
45 -Splash guard needed in the prep area between the prep sink and the handwash grinder sink.
-Domestic microwave observed in the prep area during the inspection.

Servsafe observed and city certificate application emailed to manager during the inspection.
8 Soap was not available at the handwash sink in the restroom area.
Soap was replenished during the inspection.

Person in charge of the prep area was able to remember and put the dates on each of the opened food items and discarded the ones dates of opening could not be recalled.
