3270.21 - Observed mouse droppings on the lower shelf of the diaper cupboard in Older toddler room 2. - Observed mouse droppings on the two lower shelves containing diapers and containers in the Preschool room. - Observed mouse droppings on the floor in the corners of the wooden rollercoaster toy and the extra chairs of the small group room. - Observed mouse droppings in the back of the bottom shelf of the sand & water table in the STEM lab room. - Observed mouse droppings in the lower right cubby of the Art shelf in the STEM lab room.

3270.21 - Observed mouse droppings around the floor perimeter in all of the class rooms. - Observed mouse droppings on the lower shelf and on top of the blue pulling cart in OT 1 room. - Observed mouse droppings on the steps to the changing table and on the floor behind the the steps in one of the children rooms. - Observed mouse droppings on the lower shelf of the children cubby where shoes are normally stored outside between the 2 classrooms on the left side of the facility.

8 Observed handwashing signs at the dump sink and mop sink at the time of the reinspection. **Person in charge removed signs from these sinks at the time. *A sink used for food preparation or utensil washing, a utility sink or curbed cleaning facility used for the disposal of mop water or similar wastes, may not be provided with the handwashing aids (Handwashing soap, Paper Towels and Handwashing signs) and devices required for a handwashing sink.*
34 A temperature monitoring device (thermometer) was not observed in some of the mini-refrigerators used for children's beverages.

3270.75(c) - Observed first aid kit missing tweezers in OLT room. - Observed first aid kit missing a bottle of water in Jr K-S/A room. **A pair of tweezers and a bottle of water was supplied to the kits at the time of the inspection.
