13 Raw shell eggs were stored over produce in the walk-in cooler. Foods were rearranged.
20 Potentially hazardous food was held at 45-46 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required in the cold prep unit and refrigerator. Unit temperatures were adjusted.
26 Working containers in warewashing area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Bottles were labeled.
36 Front door was propped open and unscreened which does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals.
45 Containers (baskets) in the walk-in cooler were unapproved; non-food grade.
47 Dust accumulation observed on the fanguards of the walk-in cooler.
53 Porous ceiling tiles observed in the prep and customer area. Gaps observed around wiring in the rear storage area.
65 Food waste was observed in the trash. Note: Food establishments producing grindable garbage waste must install a garbage grinder to properly dispose of such waste or recycle the garbage by other approved means. Dumpsters may not be used for the disposal of grindable garbage.
