14 Slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces and is not being washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours.
21 Potentially hazardous ready to eat food, prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the close display unit and chest freezer , was not date marked.

8 No sign or poster posted at the handwash sink in the food prep area to remind food employees to wash their hands. The person in charge provided a hand wash sign at the time of inspection.
13 Fish and onions in the under counter refrigerator were not covered. The person in charge covered the items during the inspection.
39 Moist wiping cloths observed lying on the chest freezer and slicer and not stored in sanitizing solution.
