45 - Crates used to support beverages in the storage. - Raw woods used to support equipment in the storage.
45 The following observations were noted: -Inoperable open display refrigeration unit in the retail area. -Inoperable ventilation hood and commercial appliances(i.e. deep fryer, cold prep refrigerator). -Non NSF approved drying rack above 3-basin warewash sink.
49 A backflow prevention was not observed on the main water line in the basement.
51 - The bathroom sink was not properly sealed to the wall. - Damaged ceiling observed in the bathroom.
53 Mop and brooms were not properly elevated in the facility at time of inspection.

1 The food facility operator shall be the Person in Charge or shall designate a Person in Charge and shall ensure that a Person in Charge is present at the food facility during all hours of operation.
8 The handwash sink in the * area was blocked by dishes and a mattress and not accessible at all times for employee use. Person in charge was instructed to take corrective action
26 Chemical sanitizer was not observed in the facility at time of inspection.
34 Temperature measuring devices for ensuring proper temperatures of food were not available or readily accessible.
35 Numerous containers of food were not properly labeled in the closed display case.

46 Food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
51 Damaged ceiling and wall observed in the bathroom.
53 Idle broom, mop and dustpan observed in direct floor contact, not stored on utility rack.
