20 Multiple sauces that were open were stored at room temperature. Sauces were thrown out during the inspection and replenished with new bottles.
37 Boxes of oil are not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
45 - Kick plate missing on reach-in refrigerator in the food prep area. - Damaged/ torn rubber gaskets on the reach-in refrigerator in the food prep area. - Interior surface of the beverage chest behind the bar is rusted. - Garbage grinder observed installed on a wall mounted handwash station, instead of an approved deep basin, free standing, four legged sink. - Non-NSF / ANSI approved chest freezers observed on 2nd floor storage area - no food observed in equipment. - Caulking is needed around handwash sink in restroom.

1 Food safety manager was not initially present during the inspection - arrived 50 minutes after inspection begun.
1 Food safety manager does not have a Philadelphia Food Safety Certificate - application provided via email. No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
8 Handwash sinks in the bar, food prep, and toilet rooms are not stocked with soap (bar), paper towels (bar, toilet rooms, and food prep), handwash reminder signs (bar, food prep are, and main floor toilet room), and trash receptacles (toilet rooms).

53 Observed food debris, old grease container, pooled liquid grease debris on the ground in the cubby area/ nook located just off the kitchen. Remove all of these items to eliminate possible vermin attraction.
