Tobacco products were observed under a door being blocked by a piece of plywood and the establishment does not have a tobacco permit. Staff refused to allow access behind the plywood to the room where tobacco was observed and claimed the room belonged to the landlord and not the boss, although the staff had a key to open the door and an individual who was sleeping on the floor in the retail area went into the room upon me arriving to the facility.
