*Person in charge supplied written hand wash signs and posted them at each sink.
21 The following observations were noted:
-Potentially hazardous ready to eat food (Salad and Pickled Cabbage), prepared in the food facility and held for more than 48 hours, located in the walk-in cooler and refrigerator, was not date marked.
*Person in charge date marked items.
35 Unlabeled premade drinks observed in rear refrigeration unit.
-Working bulk food ingredients are not labeled with common use names.
*Instructed person in charge to label drinks and food contents.
37 -Cases of oil stored on direct floor surfaces, and not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the kitchen area.
-Observed case of beverages stored on direct floor surface and not stored at least 6 inches above the floor.
37 Boxes with food observed stored on direct floor surfaces of the walk-in freezer/storage area.
41 Knives and / or cleavers stored between table edges which are not easily cleaned and sanitized.

PIC provided written hand wash signs during inspection.
21 - No dates on prep food (vegetables and cooked meat) observed in the under-counter refrigerator and walk-in cooler.
PIC provided dates for the food from the walk-in cooler and under-counter refrigerator immediately.
35 Working bulk food ingredient storage containers are not labeled with the common name of the food.
36 A fly trap insect control device located in prep area, on the wall with potential to contaminate food, equipment, and utensils.
PIC took corrective action and removed device during inspection.
37 - Beverages observed stored on the floor in the dinning area.
45 The following observations were noted:
- Two domestic microwave 'Solve" observed in the cooking area.
- One under-counter refrigerator not in use during inspection.
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.

*Food temperature measuring devices shall be provided and readily accessible for use in ensuring attainment and maintenance of food temperatures.

- Bags with flour uncovered in the kitchen area and not stored in the containers.
