8 The handwash sink in the prep area was blocked by large pan and not accessible at all times for employee use. Pan was removed.
26 Working containers in restroom area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Bottle was labeled.
45 -Domestic cabinetry and non-NSF approved chest freezer and microwave observed in the facility.
53 Brooms and dustpans were not elevated on a utility rack when not in use.
