Corrective action: Person in charge provided soap and paper towels at handwash sinks.
8 The food facility does not have a handwash sink conveniently located in the warewashing/ rear storage area.
*Health Sanitarian advised person in charge to remove door or install a handwash sink in the warewashing/rear storage area.*

-Single-use cup submerged in working bulk container
-Water ice scoopers in stagnant water
Corrective action: Person in charge removed spoon, single-use cup, and water ice scoopers during time of inspection.
14 Warewash sink observed blocked by food items and barrel. Accessibility denied based on items blocking sink. Unable to properly wash, rinse and sanitize equipment and utensils.
