1 The food safety certified handler was not present at start of inspection, she arrived during the inspection.
8 The portable hand wash sink in the dining room did not have hot water or cold water.
The Sanitarian instructed the person in charge to use the hand wash sink in the kitchen area or the hand wash sink in the restroom area until the water will be restore at the portable hand wash sink in the dining area.
13 The fly device was located on the countertop with food and utensils in the dining area.
Person in charge disconnected and removed the fly device from the dining area immediately.
36 House flies observed in the kitchen area and dining room area.
