1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department. Application emailed.
20 Various salads, and cut lettuce was held between 49 and 60 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required. Corrective action was taken and salad that was observed at 60 degree F was discarded. Salads in cold hold unit were relocated to another refrigerator to bring food temperatures down and cold preparation refrigerator was turned down. Cold hold unit reached proper temperatures before end of inspection.
26 Working containers in food preparation area, used for storing chemicals taken from bulk supplies, were not marked with the common name of the chemical. Corrective action was taken and bottle was labeled.
34 Temperature measuring devices for ensuring proper temperatures of equipment are not available or readily accessible in refrigeration equipment.
35 Prepackaged baklava is not labeled properly with the name of product, ingredient statement, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts.
