47 Grime build-up and food debris present on floor inside walk-in freezer (underneath shelvings).
49 -Grate / mesh screens not observed over exterior indirect condensate / drainage pipes (lines) behind the walk-in cooler. -Grate cover not present over catch basin underneath the food prep area in unit #4.
51 -Static dust on fan cover inside the gender-nuetral restroom area. -Tissue paper towels on floor inside the women's restroom area (toilet stalls).
53 Brooms and dustpans observed not stored elevated.
53 Mops observed in utility buckets and not stored elevated to properly air-dry.
