8 The hand wash sink in the kitchen area was blocked by bowls and not accessible at all times for employee use. * Bowls were removed.

6 Hand wash sink not observed in front service area for employees to wash hands to properly handle food observed (cake).
8 The hand wash sink in the kitchen area was blocked by radios inside sink and pots & pans in front of sink and not accessible at all times for employee use. * Radio was removed by person in charge.
