8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the toilet room area. An employee obtained paper towels while the ticket and sticker were being prepared.
26 Chemicals (motor oil, air freshener, and other itmes) were stored above or on the same shelf with food (snacks), equipment, and/or single service articles in the retail area. An employee rearranged the items to move food away from chemicals.
37 Food (packaged beverages) is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor. An employee moved the cases.
