They were moved.
13 Raw beef was stored next to a bucket of pickles in the reach in refrigerator.
The pan of beef burgers were moved.
38 Food employees observed not wearing or wearing ineffective hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard restraints.
42 Unwrapped and unprotected single use stirrers stored in the customer area.
They were moved behind the counter.
47 -Food debris observed in the 3 basin sink.
The sink was cleaned.

8 A whisk was observed in the handwash sink in cooking area.
The whisk was removed.
20 Several potentially hazardous foods and beverages were held at temperatures greater than 41 degrees F or below as required in the service area closed display case and the cooking area cold prep refrigerator.
The items probed out of temperature were discarded due to a lack of documentation of how long these items were stored in the unit.
These two refrigeration units should not be used to store potentially hazardous foods until they can maintain foods at 41 degrees F or lower.
45 The closed display case and cooking area cold prep refrigerator are not keeping foods at 41 degrees F or lower.
47 -Grease residue observed on the filters in the exhaust hood.

1 No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
There was no one present with a Philadelphia Food Manager Food Safety Certificate at the beginning of the inspection.
An employee arrived within the allotted time.
8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sinks in the front service and rear food prep areas.
Paper towels were provided.
8 -The two closest sets of airport toilet rooms are lacking water at 100 degrees F and hand wash reminder signs. The water was probed at 58 degrees F in the toilet rooms across from the restaurant.
Employees should use toilet rooms that provide water at 100 degrees F at the hand sinks.
20 -Sliced tomatoes, food was held at temperatures greater than 41 degrees F or below as required.
-Sliced cheese was held at 49 degrees F, rather than 45 degrees F or below as required.
The items probed out of temperature were discarded.
22 Time in lieu of temperature being used in the food facility to control ready to eat potentially hazardous foods without written procedures or documentation to verify disposition of food.
Half & Half packets marked must be refrigerated were probed at 69.7 degrees F sitting on the counter.
They were discarded.
35 Prepackaged food (muffins) is not labeled properly with the name of product, ingredient statement, net weight, distributed by statement and/or nutritional facts. Product information provided behind counter, minutes later.
36 Visible physical evidence of rodent activity (mouse droppings) observed in the lower cabinet of the fryer in the cooking area.
38 Food employees observed not wearing or wearing ineffective hair restraints, such as nets, hats, or beard restraints.
45 Crates are used for items storage instead of approved dunnage racks or shelving.
46 Sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration are damaged.
47 -Grease residue and mouse droppings observed on the interior surfaces of the lower fryer cabinet.
-Grey residue on the outer surfaces of the ice machine. The employees were not knowledgeable about how to open the ice machine for closer inspection.
-Black residue observed on the outer surface of the ice chest.
-Black residue observed on the outer surface of the refrigeration units.
-Residue observed on the interior surfaces of the refrigeration units.
-Food debris on surfaces in the cage storage area.
51 -Grey residue on walls in the women's toilet room.
53 -Dust and debris observed on floor surfaces in the cooking, warewash, and cage areas.
-Clutter in the warewash and cage storage areas.
54 Some refrigeration units were lacking lights.
