**Additional water was added to the buckets to decrease the concentration.
26 Observed insecticide (hotshot fly trap) not labeled by the manufacturer for food facility usage, in the bar area.
**Insecticide was discarded at the time of the inspection.
46 Food facility lacks chlorine sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
49 Observed slow draining handwashing sink in the women's restroom.
51 Observed an accumulation of static dust on the vents in the men and women restroom.
53 Observed handwashing sink in the red gender neutral restroom not fully sealed to the wall.
63 Person in Charge of premises has not posted the appropriate warning signs regarding the dangers of consuming alcoholic beverages during pregnancy.
