20 Sausage was held at 63 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required in fridge drawers in the seasonal station on the 28th floor. Corrective action: The sausage was discarded.
53 Brooms and dust pans were observed stored on the floor throughout the facility.
53 -Debris observed along the floor perimeter in the 28th floor kitchen. -Debris observed on the floor of the catering kitchen storage room. -Standing water observed on the floor of the 28th floor dish room under the dis conveyor belt.
53 Unsealed utility lines observed in the ceiling of the 27th floor dish room.

8 Hand washing reminder sign observed at a dump sink in the catering kitchen on the 28th floor. Corrective action: the sign was removed.
26 Dichlorvos pest strip in the 27th floor dish room was not being used in accordance with the manufacturer's directions. Dichlorvos strips are to be used in enclosed, non food prep areas, that are not regularly occupied by people. Corrective action: the strip was discarded.
36 Small flies observed in the main and catering kitchens on the 28th floor.
45 Foil observed lining a cabinet in the taqueria area. Corrective action: the foil was removed.
47 Debris observed on the floor of the dessert walk-in freezer on the 28th floor.
48 Low hot water pressure observed at a hand wash sink in the 27th floor dish room.
53 -Debris observed behind equipment in the 28th floor kitchen. -Chipped paint observed on flooring in walk-in coolers on the 28th floor. -Residue and debris observed behind the digester in the 28th floor cleaning chemical area. -Large puddles of water observed under the dish conveyor machine in the 28th floor dish room.
53 Brooms and dust pans observed stored on the floor in the 28th floor taqueria and in the 27th floor dish room rather than elevated. Corrective action: the brooms and dust pans were moved.
