1 No Philadelphia food safety certification observed. A Servsafe was observed. Corrective action: Sanitarian emailed PIC the application on 4/10/2025. No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
37 Food is not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the walk-in freezer area.
45 The following observations were noted: -2 Non NSF/ANSI Microwaves -3 Non NSF/ANSI Coffee makers

11 Severely dented canned items observed in the food prep area. Corrective action: Person in charge removed canned items from shelf and discarded during time of inspection.
13 Cooking utensils observed on floor surface behind shelving in the food prep area. Corrective action: Person in charge removed cooking utensils from floor surface for washing, rinsing and sanitizing during time of inspection.
14 Slicer has an accumulation of food residue on the food contact surfaces and is not being washed, rinsed and sanitized at least every 4 hours. Corrective action: Person in charge washed, rinsed and sanitized slicer during time of inspection.
20 Eggs, chicken and sauces was held at 65.4 degrees F rather than 41 degrees F or below as required in the cold prep unit. Corrective action: Person in charge discarded al items inside the cold prep unit during time of inspection.
26 Chemicals were stored above or on the same shelf with food, equipment, and/or single service articles in the food prep area. Corrective action: Person in charge removed chemical from shelf during time of inspection.
