8 Cups observed in the handwash sink. Cups were removed and placed at 3 basin sink during the inspection.
11 Bacon in cold prep cooler was uncovered. Bacon was covered during the inspection.
36 An insect control device located on grill shelving in food prep area with potential to contaminate food, equipment, and / or utensils. Sticky trap were removed during the inspection.
36 Front door observed open in the food facility does not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. Door was closed during the inspection.
45 - Defective equipment observed: Closed display cases used as dry storage, chest freezer, 2 reach-in coolers.
- Crates observed being used for elevation of beverages.
47 Ice accumulation observed inside reach-in freezer.
53 Water stained ceiling tiles observed in food prep area.
53 Brooms and dust pans observed on floor and not elevated when not in used.

45 There are two non-working refrigeration units.
45 Cutting boards observed with deep scratches and scoring not allowing for effective cleaning and sanitizing.
49 Several plumbing fixtures are leaking; faucets at three basin sink, drain line from hand sink.
53 General cleaning and organizing is needed... too much clutter. Please remove any items or pieces of equipment not necessary to regular operation of the business.
