47 The following observations were made;
- Food debris (Pancake mix) on outer surface of under counter refrigeration unit.
- Food debris on bottom surface of reach-in freezer.
- Food debris on bottom surface of walk-in cooler under racks.
51 Dust accumulation observed on restroom ceiling vents.
53 Brooms and dustpans observed not stored off of the ground when not in use.
54 Hood filters and fire suppression system have an accumulation of static dust and grease.
