8 Paper towels were not available at the handwashing sink in the bar area. The person in charge supplied paper towels.
37 Beverage cases were not being stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the produce walk-in cooler.
42 Plates were not properly inverted in the food preparation area.
45 The following observations were noted:
-An unused bar area near the front entrance of the facility.
-Several refrigerators were out-of-order and being used for dry storage only.
45 Concrete blocks, which are not smooth and easily cleanable, being used to support the ice machine.
46 The food facility lacks sanitizer test strips to monitor sanitizer concentration.
47 The following observations were noted:
-Rust around shelves in several refrigeration units.
-Exterior surface cleaning around the warewashing area in the bar area due to residue.
-The fans located in the produce walk-in cooler were in need of cleaning due to dust accumulation.
51 The air vent located in one of three restrooms was in need of cleaning due to dust accumulation.
53 Brooms and dust pans were being stored on the floor and not elevated near the ice machine.

53 Damaged floors were observed in the rear area of the facility.
54 The hood filters were observed with grease.
