1 Certified person was not present at the start of inspection. They later arrived. No person shall operate a food establishment that handles, prepares or serves non-prepackaged potentially hazardous food who does not have present and in the employ of the food establishment at all hours of operation at least one (1) person with a valid Food Establishment Personnel Food Safety Certificate issued by the Department.
8 Paper towel dispenser empty at the handwash sink in the after care restroom. Paper towels were provided.
20 Milk was held at 60 degrees F, rather than 45 degrees F or below as required. Milk was discarded.
37 Box of potatoes were not stored at least 6 inches above the floor in the prep area.
45 Aluminum foil observed lining a the bottom shelf in the kitchen which is not easily cleanable.
45 Non-commercial equipment observed in in the infant classroom area: mini refrigerator
47 Ice accumulation observed in the mini fridge ice box.
50 Food prep sink was not indirectly drained in the prep area.
53 Stained ceiling tile was observed in the 3-4yr classroom.
53 Broom was not elevated on a utility rack when not in use in the 3-4yr class.
54 Hood filters have an accumulation of static dust.

3270.21 Cubicles in the 2-3yr class and older toddler class were not wall/floor mounted.
3270.65 Outlet covers were missing in the Pre-K class. Covers were provided.
3270.76 Stained ceiling tiles observed in the 3-4yr class.
3270.106(f) A crib was in use without the proper spacing. Crib was properly spaced.
3270.108(c) Styrofoam plates/bowls were observed.
